Refund and Termination Policy

Third Coast Interactive, Inc.

This service is offered by Third Coast Interactive, Inc. Services are offered on a month-to-month basis and do not require a contract. Payment for all subscription Services are processed on a monthly basis, in advance of monthly service. We do not offer refunds, credits, or adjustments for monthly payments made for Services provided.

The delivery of a Service Device Key and subsequent activation of the Service on a mobile device shall constitute a completed transaction and an authorized payment transaction. Specifically, the authorized payment transaction is not defined based on usage after activation.

Client may terminate the Service at any time by utilizing the Termination functions provided on the Client Service dashboard provided to Clients at the time of enrollment. Termination will not be acknowledged by phone calls or general email.
