Submitting Reviews

Businesses (our Clients) of Third Coast Interactive Inc. (TCI) have implemented a service that provides the ability for customers of the Client to submit online reviews to third-party online customer review websites (Service).

You, as a customer, may be asked to consider leaving a customer review by one or more of our Clients utilizing the Service. While you are doing business face to face, these reviews may be requested by email or by text message. Should you elect to submit a review through a cellular mobile device, certain cellular plan rates and restrictions may apply. You are not required to submit a review. You should not be compensated or rewarded in any way as an inducement to submit a review. Submitted reviews may or may not be displayed on the website of the business for which you are submitting the review.

The Service and the products and services offered are not associated, affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, reviewed, tested or certified by any third-party online review service.

Social Media Sites

Your submitted review may be posted on Social Media. Posting of your reviews may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button, Twitter and "Share This" widget. These Features may collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which page you are visiting on their site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are hosted by a third party. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them and not the Service.

Better Business Bureau

You may be presented with the opportunity to leave a customer review on a Better Business Bureau (BBB) business Profile page. At certain points where personal information is collected, there may be a box where you can choose to indicate you would like to receive information about other BBB programs and services and about ways to support the BBB. This election box only appears in places where personal information is maintained.

Better Business Bureau Review Submission

When submitting a customer review to the BBB as a customer, you certify that your customer review is your genuine opinion of the business you are reviewing and that you have no personal or business affiliation with this business, and have not been offered any incentive or payment originating from the business to write this review. By submitting this customer review, you are representing that it is a truthful account of your experience with the business. You understand that this customer review, along with your contact information, will also be sent to the business. You understand that customer reviews are not used in the calculation of the BBB business Rating. You understand that if you choose to file a complaint with BBB on this business that your customer review on this business will not be posted. You also understand that your review will only be posted for 1,095 days (3 years). You understand that the text of your customer review will be publicly posted on the BBB website (BBB reserves the right to not post in accordance with BBB policy). Please do not include any personally identifiable information in describing your customer review. BBB does not accept anonymous reviews. BBB may edit your Customer Review to protect privacy rights and to remove inappropriate language.

HIPAA

The Service is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information entrusted to us by our Clients and their patients. This includes individual, identifiable personal and health information such as names, addresses, and Protected Health Information. You choose to authorize us to gather and display online reviews from you as a patient. You authorize our Client to communicate with you as a patient via email and text message while complying with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). The Service protects the confidentiality of information received by adhering to the requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rule and the HIPAA Security Rule. The Privacy Rule governs the acquisition, storage, transfer and retention of Protected Health Information, in both electronic and paper formats. The Security Rule covers all information acquired, maintained or transferred electronically. The Service complies with all business associate obligations under HIPAA, enabling the Service to provide the highest level of functionality to both our Clients and you as a consumer / patient.

Privacy

TCI understands the importance of protecting relationships and information, and therefore, privacy is taken seriously. TCI is committed to protecting privacy and earning your trust. TCI respects your right to keep personal information confidential and to avoid unwanted solicitations. Therefore TCI believes it is important for you to understand how the Service uses the information provided to through the normal course of business. This Privacy Policy discloses the details of what information the Service collects as well as how this information will be used. TCI may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating the information posted on this site. Amendments to the Privacy Policy are effective on the date they are posted. You may visit this page at any time to review the current Privacy Policy so that you are aware of any such revisions.

Client Opt Out, Update Personal Information, and Privacy Questions

You may opt out of receiving customer online review requests by sending an opt-out request to info@ThirdCoastInteractive.com.

In this opt-out request, please include the business name (Client), Client contact information, and the nature of Client opt-out request.

You may review your personal information or communication provided to you regarding your relationship with TCI or its Clients. Presently, there is no online access available. To verify and/or change personal information please contact TCI through any of the following:

Information Collection

The Service collects and stores information about you in order to facilitate its transactions and functions. This information allows the Service to better manage information and administer relationships. Some of the information is called "Non-public Personal Information," which generally means information that is provided by you or obtained by the Service, or that which results from TCI Services or transactions. It does not include information available to the general public. The type of information that the Service collects varies according to the Services and transactions requested our Clients and may include the following:

General Information

The Service may receive this type of information from you through inquiries or other forms, by phone, SMS Text and online. Initiation of any part of the Review process constitutes consent for the Service to retain the information as described in this policy. This information includes, but is not limited to the following:

Name, address, cellular telephone and telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, date of birth, gender, date and time reviews and content were submitted, any referring review site visited, the domain name and IP address from which an online customer site was accessed, the operating system and browser used to access content, The specific pages viewed during a visit, and city, state, and country of the visitor's Internet Service Provider (ISP) (if available).

The specific reviews you have submitted online, including the nature of any issue, posting or content that may be brought to the attention of the Client. Your information, and related questions, helps the Service evaluate submissions.

Sharing Information with Others

First and foremost, TCI NEVER sells lists or Nonpublic Personal Information to third parties; however, such information may be disclosed to others as permitted by law. Generally, this includes disclosures to third parties that are necessary to affect, administer or service a Service or transaction with TCI, or in connection with servicing a Client. These third parties may include, but are not limited to, researchers, programmers, copywriters and SEO professionals. TCI will not disclose information obtained from consumer reporting agencies without your consent.

TCI may also disclose information to people and companies that perform support services with which TCI may have joint agreements. The purpose of this is to inform you of other products or services jointly offered, endorsed, or sponsored by TCI, and that TCI believes you may find useful. TCI is highly selective in choosing these companies, and restricts the information provided to only what they need to offer and administer these services. TCI also requires them to comply with strict standards of security and confidentiality, and they are not permitted to release, use, or transfer any of your information to any other party for their own purposes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TCI may disclose and/or transfer your information (i) in connection with any merger, sale, or liquidation of all or part of the company; (ii) if disclosure is required pursuant to a request for specific information to comply with a subpoena, court order, and/or other legal instrument, legal proceeding or relevant law, or (iii) if there is an immediate, imminent threat to the safety of any person, TCI or its Services.

Information Confidentiality and Security

TCI is committed to preventing unauthorized access to your personal information, and maintains procedures and technology designed for this purpose. TCI takes several steps to protect your personal information including the following:

TCI updates and tests its technology on a regular basis in order to improve the protection of your information.

TCI requires outside companies and independent contractors to whom TCI provides your personal information for marketing, servicing, or processing purposes to enter into a Confidentiality Agreement that restricts use of your information for those purposes and prohibits independent use of the information.

TCI also has internal procedures that limit access to your personal information, such as procedures that require an employee to have a business need to access such information. TCI may maintain policies and conduct employee training about the proper physical security of workplaces and records. TCI employees are required to comply with Information privacy principles, policies and procedures, or be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.

TCI makes use of hardware and/or software firewalls to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

Information Integrity Measures

TCI also strives to protect the integrity of your personal information, and other related information, through use of the following:

Maintaining regular backups of Client data in case of data loss or corruption,

The use of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to prevent data loss during power spikes and power outages, and

Virus detection and elimination software to prevent corruption of Client data by viruses. Despite these measures, however, TCI cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible that Nonpublic Personal Information will be completely free from unauthorized access.



Your California Consumer Privacy Disclosures

Do Not Track

TCI does not track customers choosing to leave an online customer review over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, search engines may allow you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

Third parties may have content, such as a social feature, embedded on websites which may set cookies on your browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific website from a certain IP address. Third parties may not collect any other personally identifiable information from websites unless you provide it to them directly.

Notice for Minors

TCI offers interactive Services which allow you to post content to share publicly. You may be able to delete or remove content you have posted using available deletion or removal options on third party websites. TCI does not provide any capability to alter or remove submitted content. TCI services are provided for customers to submit online customer reviews to third party websites. The service is not provided for entertainment purposes or for those that have not had a valid business transaction relating to the specific customer review being submitted by you.
